FAQ - Can I sign on line? No, this is a legally binding initiative petition. Signatures must be witnessed in person to be valid. If successful, the petition will be submitted to the Lakewood City Council who must either adopt the ordinance as written and endorsed by the signers, or send it to the ballot for a city-wide vote.
